It's amazing how I typed this out before I went to church this morning @ The Church At Bethel and Holy Spirit lined this right on up with some of the message. But I wanted to remind you that you are a treasure. God's treasure! As our Pastor says... YOU'RE A SIGHT! lol So many of God's children walk around feeling like Orphans.
Beloved we are not orphans. We are heirs! When we begin to see God in a different perspective than how we tend to see our earthly fathers and come into the understanding of who He is and who we are as His child. It changes everything! This isn't a post that is about hyper grace and that God is nothing but love. There is alot to our Father. This is overall about coming to the understanding of our identity in Him and coming to know who He really is and not what man and the enemy has made Him out to be.
I pray that God reveals Himself to you today in a whole new way. I pray you will receive the fact that You are not an orphan but that you are an heir! You are royalty. I pray you begin to walk in that! In Jesus name! Amen
Galatians 3:29 ESV- And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise.
Galatians 4:7 ESV- So you are no longer a slave, but a son, and if a son, then an heir through God.
Ephesians 1:11-14 ESV - In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.
